Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Vadodara. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and developing leads, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for clients, and overseeing sales strategies and management. Daily tasks will include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software

• Master degree

  in Marketing, Business, or a related field along with

  BS in engineering

• Previous experience in the concrete construction industry is a plus
