Develops and executes strategies for digital transformation basis discussions with client operations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities. Oversees the design and implementation of digital transformation projects, ensuring they meet the set timelines and budget with co-ordination with process and digital transformation teams. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure they deliver the desired results.
