Senior Manager Electromechanical

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Compliance
• Ensure all electromechanical works meet construction and operational standards.
• Review and approve installation documents, designs, manuals, and schedules
• Installation & Commissioning Supervision
• Inspect, supervise, and monitor EPC contractor/subcontractor quality and performance
• Oversee commissioning activities and attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), both locally and internationally
• Sign off on completed electromechanical components and installations.
• Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain records of equipment certifications, inspections, and safety audits.
• Implement and monitor HSEQ performance across all electromechanical activities.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with consultants & contractors
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other staff for daily operation
• Budgeting & Cost Control
• Prepare and manage budgets for electromechanical components and operations
• Initiate proposals to reduce overall project costs
• Track procurement, logistics, and inventory of critical components.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare reports on plant operation, commissioning status, and maintenance activities
• Maintain detailed records for compliance, audits, and performance tracking.
  

Qualifications

• BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Electrical engineering on regular basis.
• Exp: Minimum 18 yrs in hydro/PSP. Well versed with all the aspects of electromechanical works related to hydro/PSP.
