It will be an individual contributor role.
1.Strategic Market Development
Identify and prioritize high-potential market segments (e.g., pharmaceutical, infrastructure).Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with company certifications and technical strengths.
2. Brand & Product Positioning
Communicate the companys unique selling propositionssuch as R&D-driven innovation, stringent quality control, and multiple ISO certifications.Create consistent messaging that resonates across industrial and engineering audiences.
3. Sales Enablement & B2B Promotions
Design sales collateral and technical brochures tailored to key industries.
Represent company at trade fairs, expos, and industry conferences to build awareness.
4. Lead Generation & Client Engagement
Collaborate with key industrial clients to generate and qualify leads.Nurture client relationships through regular engagement and personalized outreach.
5. Pricing Strategy & Negotiations
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop competitive yet profitable pricing models.Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure marketing promises are deliveredboth in product quality and timely delivery.
7. Market Research & Competitive Insights
Monitor competitor offerings and industry developments.
Provide actionable insights to product development and leadership teams based on market data.
8. Performance Measurement & Reporting
Track KPIs such as inquiry-to-order conversion rates, campaign ROI, and new client acquisition.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly marketing reports to senior leadership.
9. Should have experience in all govt and private industry, tender based businesses
Knowledge getting company registered with various customers and various govt bodies.
