Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Coal Handling Plant (CHP) operations efficiently within the Thermal Project.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and efficiency of the CHP.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all CHP activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve project milestones.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities related to CHP operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals working in the CHP department.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into the project.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding CHP operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

15-22 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry.
