Develop forecasts, business cases, and analytical models to support distribution & sales strategy.5. Prepare Management reports and review dockets to strengthen channel governance rhythm.
Project Management & Sales Support:
1. Ensure seamless execution of central sales initiatives by tracking impact, identifying bottlenecks, and course-correcting in real-time.2. Lead high-impact channel projects, leveraging KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor success and adoption.3. Manage and drive new initiatives, ensuring on-ground execution teams are equipped with data-driven insights and strategic direction.
