Role Purpose -

This role focuses on driving revenue from banking partnerships and expanding Pine Labs’ presence across issuing, acquiring, and digital payment initiatives. This role involves managing bank relationships, drive sales pipelines, and deliver business growth through structured engagements.


The responsibilities we entrust you with -

  • Manage end-to-end sales for assigned banking clients across online payments, EMI, UPI, BBPS, and data intelligence solutions.
  • Drive revenue targets through consistent pipeline building, partner engagement, and deal closure.
  • Identify new opportunities inside banks for product adoption and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with product, solutions, marketing, and operations to deliver committed outcomes.
  • Prepare business cases, proposals, RFP responses, pricing models, and partnership decks.
  • Track performance of deployed programs and proactively solve partner issues.
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge to spot regulatory, market, and competitive shifts.
  • Support GTM launches and internal enablement for new banking offerings.
  • Build multi-level relationships within banks - business, product, technology, and compliance teams.


What matters in this role -

  • 5 to 9 years of experience in banking/fintech sales, merchant acquiring, digital payments, or EMI/credit products.
  • Good understanding of payment products, settlement flows, lending, and banking partnership structures.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to handle CXO-level conversations while managing tactical ground-level execution.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Highly driven with ownership mindset.
