Job Purpose

To lead and drive the digitalization of operational processes across the NBFC, ensuring enhanced efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction through the adoption of cutting-edge technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digitalization & System Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of

    Loan Origination System (LOS)

    and

    Loan Management System (LMS)

    , ensuring seamless integration and effective adoption.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end loan cycle

    for mortgages and unsecured business loans, including:
  • Disbursement & post-disbursement documentation
  • Banking transactions
  • Repayment management (ECS/PDC/NACH)
  • Receipting, closures, servicing, and reconciliation

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and expertise.
  • Set clear performance goals, track progress, and implement feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.

3. MIS & Reporting

  • Own the design and delivery of

    Management Information System (MIS) reports

    , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for decision-making.

4. SOP & Process Excellence

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    to ensure streamlined operations and compliance adherence.

5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with

    internal stakeholders

    (Credit, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service) to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage

    external vendors and technology partners

    to ensure timely, high-quality solution delivery.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all digital solutions comply with

    RBI regulations

    and

    internal audit requirements

    .
  • Implement strong operational controls to mitigate risks associated with digital processes.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong command of

    MS Office Suite

    : Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with

    LOS/LMS platforms

    .
  • In-depth knowledge of the

    NBFC regulatory environment

    and compliance standards.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • MBA

    or certifications in

    Digital Transformation

    are an added advantage.

Experience

  • 10–15 years

    of experience in

    Operations or Digital Transformation

    , preferably in NBFCs.
  • Proven track record of managing

    automation and digitization projects

    .
