The ideal candidate for this role should have proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and GAAP. You should also have experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis. Skills in Auditing, Internal Controls, and Compliance are necessary for this position. Moreover, leadership and team management abilities are crucial for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be beneficial in collaborating with various stakeholders. You should be able to work effectively on-site in Chennai. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be preferred. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance management. Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle would be advantageous for this role.,
