Senior Manager - Accounts Payable

Role Overview: At ISB, you will play a crucial role in managing the financials and legal matters of the institute. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with regulations, managing vendor reconciliations, processing employee claims, overseeing fixed assets accounting, and collaborating with various departments for accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage processing of travel and local conveyance claims, employee advances, and corporate credit card reconciliations while ensuring policy compliance and following up on outstanding claims - Oversee fixed assets accounting including capitalization, tagging, disposal, and maintenance of the fixed asset register. Monitor CWIP for ongoing projects, track capital expenditures, and highlight potential overruns - Manage monthly accrual entries, perform GL reviews, provide supporting schedules for audits, and review cost centre-wise expenses for accurate financial reporting - Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and ensure control effectiveness to facilitate internal, statutory, and tax audits - Maintain compliance with regulations such as GST, TDS, and MSME through periodical vendor reconciliations and balance confirmations Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance Additional Details: You will interact with Statutory Auditors to respond to queries and provide necessary details.
