Job Description

Tasks:

Oversee the entire finance and account’s function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business goals.

Manage end-to-end compliance for GST, TDS, transfer pricing, and IP taxation.

Supervise accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, cash flow, and revenue recognition.

Handle statutory audits, tax filings, and liaise with external consultants, banks, and authorities.

Drive month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and local regulations.

Lead ERP system implementation and process automation for finance functions.

Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams in an MNC/corporate environment.

Guide and mentor the finance team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Handle back-office functions (Cash management and Reporting, Account payable/receivable, General ledger, collection, posting cash, processing and following up charge backs)

Qualifications/ Requirements:

B. Com/M. Com in accounting/finance.

Minimum 15-18 years of relevant experience.

Good knowledge of English required

Good communication, team skills, Flexibility and commitment

Attention to detail, structured and independent way of working.

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of operational financial processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,547,466.72 - ₹2,048,879.97 per year
