Senior Manager Accounts

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Manager - Accounts in Mumbai, overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and internal controls of the organization. Your expertise in financial management, budgeting, taxation, and regulator compliance will be crucial for leading a team and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. - Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures as per IFRS/GAAP standards. - Oversee credit control and collections processes. - Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis reports. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements. - Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with audit requirements. - Manage the Treasury Function in the Company. - Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to provide financial guidance for strategic decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Education: Chartered Accountant - Experience: 8-10 years in accounting and financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Industry Preference: Real Estate (preferred), Hospitality - Technical Skills: Expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and MS Excel, strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax laws.
