Job Description

Senior Manager - 3PL Sales We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - 3PL Sales to join our team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales analytics, and sales strategy, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing operations
Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation and business development efforts
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Provide business intelligence and insights to inform sales and marketing decisions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of engagement and support
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in logistics and transportation operations

Requirements

10-18 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Proven track record of driving sales growth and client engagement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Experience of logistics and transportation operations, with ability to analyze and improve processes
