Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance activities for ATW Stringer, Auto Bussing, and Framing Machines.
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to identify improvement areas.
Apply problem-solving techniques including RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and FMEA to address maintenance challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP TPM practices effectively.
Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production uptime.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in mechanical maintenance and ATW Stringer operation
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and PLCs
Familiarity with SAP TPM and preventive maintenance practices
Ability to analyze KPIs and drive process improvements
Proficient in RCA, FMEA, and other problem-solving methodologies
Good collaboration and team leadership skills
