Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a deep expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive modelling.

The successful candidate will have a track record of building, deploying, and optimizing advanced ML models and will lead the development of innovative solutions.

This role requires advanced technical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive complex projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
• Implement and manage advanced predictive analytics solutions to address complex business challenges and enhance decision-making.
• Utilize and advance Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as LangChain or Llama in the development of ML models.
• Write high-quality, scalable Python code, leveraging frameworks and libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Oversee relational database management, specifically MySQL, including advanced data querying and manipulation.
• Develop and optimize APIs for model deployment and integration with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Continuously monitor and fine-tune model performance to meet evolving business needs and performance standards.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, or a relevant field.

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience

   in building and deploying ML models, with extensive expertise in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Predictive Modelling: Demonstrated experience in deploying predictive analytics solutions in a production environment.
• Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python and expertise with frameworks/libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• GEN AI Technologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as LangChain or Llama.
• Database Skills: In-depth understanding of relational databases like MySQL, including complex querying and data manipulation.
• API and Cloud Platforms: Significant experience in building APIs and working with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with end-to-end ML pipeline development and automation.
• Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
