Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing and tracking. Manage inventory levels across franchise/distribution locations. Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, and warehouse teams. Resolve logistics issues raised by franchise teams or clients. Monitor logistics cost, delivery timelines, and service quality. Maintain and share regular reports on dispatch and logistics performance.
