Role & responsibilities Operations Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily logistics operations. Coordinating transportation activities, ensuring material safety, and maintaining accurate records. Supervising the logistics team, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. MIS & Reports Creation of monthly MIS Reports including but not limited to Vehicle / Driver Performance. Cost Efficiency, Budget Tracking. Analysis and improvement on vehicle utilization & Profitability metrics. Operations Efficiency Assess the current processes and suggest/implement process to enhance the operations efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Education Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business Administration. Experience: 0-2 years work Experience in logistics management, transportation coordination, and supply chain optimisation. Experience in liquid/chemical logistics (ISO tanks preferred) Knowledge of Material Safety, Security Protocols & Industry Regulations. Strong Leadership, Team Management & Communication Skills. Strong MS Excel and ability to generate performance Report & Insights. Relative Experience in Transport or Logistics industry is preferred.
