Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and organized Senior Logistics Executive to manage logistics operations related to our channel partners and franchisees. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in courier logistics, with the ability to oversee dispatches, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure timely deliveries across the franchise network. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end logistics operations for franchisees and channel partners. Oversee courier dispatches, tracking, and delivery coordination. Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing and tracking. Manage inventory levels across franchise/distribution locations. Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, and warehouse teams. Resolve logistics issues raised by franchise teams or clients. Monitor logistics cost, delivery timelines, and service quality. Maintain and share regular reports on dispatch and logistics performance.
