Job Summary:

Senior LivePerson Architect


Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

  • Lead the architecture and design of chatbot solutions using

    LivePerson Conversational Cloud

    , including Intent Manager, Conversation Builder, and LivePerson APIs.
  • Define scalable and secure integration patterns with backend systems, OMS,CRM, and third-party APIs.
  • Design multi-channel messaging strategies (WhatsApp, SMS, Web Chat, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat, etc.).

Development & Integration

  • Develop and maintain custom JavaScript integrations using

    LivePerson Messaging APIs

    ,

    Web SDKs

    , FaaS and

    Bot Frameworks

    .
  • Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using

    React.js

    ,

    Vue.js

    , or

    Angular

    .
  • Implement real-time messaging flows, proactive messaging, and asynchronous conversation handling.

Project Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless conversational experiences.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and chatbot designers.
  • Drive agile development practices and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Quality & Optimization

  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of chatbot solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
  • Monitor and optimize bot performance using analytics and user feedback.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years

    of experience in software development, with

    4+ years

    in LivePerson architecture and chatbot implementation.
  • Strong expertise in

    LivePerson Conversational Cloud

    ,

    Intent Manager

    , and

    Conversation Builder

    ,

    Reporting

  • Proficient in

    JavaScript

    ,

    Node.js

    , and modern front-end frameworks (

    React

    ,

    Vue

    , or

    Angular

    ).
  • Experience with

    RESTful APIs

    ,

    OAuth

    , and

    Webhooks

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    multi-channel messaging platforms

    and

    customer engagement strategies

    .
  • Familiarity with

    CI/CD pipelines

    ,

    Git

    , and

    cloud platforms

    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • LivePerson certifications (e.g.,

    LivePerson Developer

    LivePerson Architect

    ).
  • Experience with

    AI/ML models

    for NLP and intent recognition.
  • Knowledge of

    data privacy regulations

    (GDPR, CCPA) in chatbot implementations.
  • Background in

    eCommerce

    telecom

    domains.
  • Familiarity with telephony protocols and standards (e.g., SIP, VoIP).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
