Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To coordinate with the registration Agents & getting the work done
Meeting the clients & noting minutes etc.
Draft various kinds of agreements/contracts related to the real estate company& also handle various legal issues related to other group companies Draft legal notices, replying to the notices, agreements, and MOU.
Appearing in courts as & when required to represent the company, more non-litigation work
Arranging files in order
Wetting of documents, writing, and speaking of the local language is mandatory
Knowledge of conducting Legal Due-Diligence/local laws for the properties to be acquired by the Company and knowledge of RERA, HMDA, and DTCP.
Responsible for property verification of all real estate documents that came through Banks.

Preferred candidate profile

Well-versed in drafting Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Development, Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements, etc. & other deeds about property
Must be an LLB Graduate or LLM Graduate.
Candidates should and must be from AP & Telangana.
Should and must have a two-wheeler and have to travel whenever required.
Must have some experience in Real Estate.
Must carry dedication, punctuality, and hard work, ready to learn & ready to extend work hours as and when required
