Job Summary:

Head of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Growth:

    • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
    • Identify emerging market opportunities and analyze trends to guide investment and expansion.
  • Project Development & Market Expansion:

    • Drive the evaluation and feasibility of new development projects, particularly high-rise residential towers and mixed-use complexes.
    • Lead due diligence, project pipeline development, and investment analysis.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment:

    • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market demands.
    • Provide market intelligence to support pricing strategies, branding, and positioning.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage and mentor the business development team, setting clear KPIs and goals.
    • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and results.
  • Financial Planning & Reporting:

    • Prepare business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for board approval.
    • Monitor budgets and performance metrics for all business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, real estate project acquisition, or real estate investment.
  • Proven success in sourcing and executing large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects, including high-rise developments.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate regulations, market trends, and urban planning frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a robust network within the real estate ecosystem.
