Bayer is looking for Senior Lead Sourcing Support to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate sourcing activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candi .
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candi through various channels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Analyze and report on sourcing metrics to optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sourcing support with a strong track record of success.
