Senior Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a data-driven strategist and hands-on executor who can generate qualified B2B leads for our eCommerce, web development, and digital marketing services.

You’ll combine AI tools, smart outbound campaigns, and creative thinking to deliver a consistent flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) - not just activity, but real results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns targeting eCommerce brands, digital agencies, and startups.
• Use AI-driven prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, HubSpot) to identify and engage high-potential leads.
• Create and text messaging sequences that stand out - personalized, value-led, and conversion-focused.
• Own the lead funnel: from data sourcing and campaign execution to qualification and handoff.
• Track and optimize performance using analytics - focus on SQL/MQL growth, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine content, landing pages, and nurture flows for higher conversion.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation.
• Proven success in delivering consistent SQL/MQL results in a competitive B2B space.
• Proficiency with AI tools and automation platforms for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach.
• Strategic and analytical mindset - able to use data to drive smarter campaigns.
• Creative, proactive, and performance-oriented - someone who thrives on challenges and results.
