Senior Lead Generation Specialist

You will be working as a Senior Lead Generation Specialist in a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad at WhitePolar Technologies LLC. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to target potential clients, and maintaining effective communication with prospects. You will be involved in strategic planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful lead conversion, and contributing to overall sales growth. To excel in this role, you should have experience in identifying and generating new leads, proficiency in lead generation tactics and strategies, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a background in sales, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is essential. Any Graduation qualification is required, and over 6 months of experience in the recruiting or staffing industry as a lead generation specialist would be a plus. The shift timings for this role are US EST (9 AM - 6 PM) and IST (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM). The work location will be on-site at Shyamal, Ahmedabad.,
