Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist the ED in developing and executing strategic business plans. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate and manage key teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the ED. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for the ED. Facilitate communication and collaboration between the ED and various departments. Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the ED. Oversee business management activities to ensure operational efficiency. Implement strategic planning processes to drive organizational growth. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve long-term business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the ED and senior management. Business Management: Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Optimize business processes and workflows. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institute. Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, or related fields. Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution in a leadership role.
