Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Projects & Initiatives Drive and execute special projects and strategic initiatives across business functions (growth, product, operations, finance, HR, etc.) Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business case development for new initiatives. Monitor key metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. 2. Founder Support Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the MD on various topics. Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings. Manage priorities, track key decisions, and ensure execution on commitments. 3. Cross-functional Execution Work closely with functional heads to track and drive OKRs, align stakeholders, and solve bottlenecks. Build dashboards, track performance metrics, and lead reviews. Act as a bridge between the MD and the team to ensure alignment and momentum. 4. Communication & Stakeholder Management Coordinate board presentations, and external communications. Liaise with key partners, advisors, and stakeholders as required. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, VC, founders office, or fast-growth startup). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Highly structured thinker with the ability to handle ambiguity. Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and managing senior stakeholders. Proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools. Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Execution Independently prepare monthly/quarterly sales execution plans aligned with company goals. Analyz past performance and market trends to set realistic, achievable sales targets. Break down targets region-wise, product-wise, and team-wise. Team Coordination & Supervision Coordinate daily with sales executives to ensure target achievement. Guide and motivate the sales team with clear communication and timely support. Conduct regular sales team reviews and field visits (if applicable). Marketing Integration Work closely with the marketing team to understand promotional plans and rollout campaigns. Align sales execution with marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness. Ensure the sales team implements schemes, offers, and marketing-led campaigns in the market. Tracking & Reporting Monitor daily/weekly sales data and take corrective actions if performance is below target. Share timely updates and sales reports with senior management. Maintain a detailed record of lead conversions, client feedback, and market insights. Customer & Channel Engagement Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, or dealers. Ensure timely servicing of customer requirements and resolution of issues.
