Associate - Founders Office

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Projects & Initiatives

• Drive and execute special projects and strategic initiatives across business functions (growth, product, operations, finance, HR, etc.)
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business case development for new initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

2. Founder Support

• Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the MD on various topics.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
• Manage priorities, track key decisions, and ensure execution on commitments.

3. Cross-functional Execution

• Work closely with functional heads to track and drive OKRs, align stakeholders, and solve bottlenecks.
• Build dashboards, track performance metrics, and lead reviews.
• Act as a bridge between the MD and the team to ensure alignment and momentum.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate board presentations, and external communications.
• Liaise with key partners, advisors, and stakeholders as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, VC, founders office, or fast-growth startup).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Highly structured thinker with the ability to handle ambiguity.
• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools.
• Hustler mentality with a high sense of ownership and discretion.
