Associate - Founders Office

The Founder’s Office role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Academic Officer on solving high-impact academic challenges across the organization. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a deep passion for education. The role will be a mix of research, strategy, and execution – aimed at enhancing academic excellence, student outcomes, and innovation in pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the CAO to identify, analyze, and solve academic challenges across programs.Conduct deep research on pedagogy, learning models, assessments, and academic innovations.Build frameworks, models, and solutions to improve academic delivery, learning outcomes, and student experience.Support in designing scalable academic interventions and pilots, track their performance, and refine them.Collaborate with faculty, product, and operations teams to ensure solutions are practical and implementable.Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.Track key academic metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making in academic initiatives.Benchmark best practices from global and Indian education ecosystems to integrate into the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution; background in Education, Management, Economics, or related fields preferred.3-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, academics, or research roles (freshers with exceptional academic/analytical background may also be considered).
