Job Description: Associate - Founders Office

Reports to: Chief of Staff / Founders Office Lead

Role Summary
You will be a core execution partner to the Founders Office, driving high-impact cross-team strategic initiatives. Your scope spans Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy & execution, project delivery across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and supporting M&A execution. You’ll translate leadership’s strategic goals into clear plans, ensure alignment, and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

Design GTM strategies for new product launches, features, or verticals: define buyer personas, value propositions, positioning, pricing, channels.

Work with Marketing, Sales, Product to build go-to-market materials (sales enablement, content, partner materials).

Track GTM performance: adoption, retention, conversion funnels; Analyze feedback; iterate on strategy.

Identify friction points in the launch process; propose and lead improvements.

Cross-Team Project Execution

Lead or co-lead initiatives that require coordination across functions (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops).

Set up project plans: define scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, timelines.

Ensure stakeholder communication, and drive follow-ups to maintain momentum.

Build reports, presentations, memos to inform leadership with clarity and insight.

M&A Execution Support

Research and evaluate targets: market fit, competitive landscape, strategic synergies.

Prepare valuation models: Comparables, DCF, scenarios; support due diligence analysis.

Support data-room preparation, integration plans, risk assessments.

Assist with post-acquisition tracking and integration metrics.

Reporting & Analytics

Maintain dashboards and KPIs for company performance, GTM metrics, product adoption.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis: root cause investigations, trend forecasting.

Prepare investor / board update materials, internal strategy briefs, and summaries.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

Identify repetitive manual workflows (reporting, meeting prep, info gathering) and drive automation via tools or process redesign.

Develop templates, playbooks, best practices to improve consistency and speed of execution across teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Finance, Engineering or related.
Experience in startup / SaaS / tech / industrial IoT sectors.
2-4 years of experience in strategy / business operations / product / commercial roles.
Exposure to M&A or corporate development roles.
Strong analytical skills — financial modelling, data analysis, tracking metrics.
Familiarity with tools like SQL, BI tools, or automation platforms.
Excellent communication skills; ability to prepare high-quality decks, memos.
Experience with investor relations or board-level reporting.
Project management / stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
Basic legal / compliance understanding in M&A context.
Comfortable working in ambiguity; strong organization; bias toward action.
