Position: Inside Sales Executive – USA Market (Industrial IoT & Engineering Services)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)
Working Hours: USA Shift Timing
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Inside Sales Executive to support our expansion in the USA market. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, eager to make a measurable impact in the Industrial IoT and engineering services domain. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential clients, and building a high-quality sales pipeline through a mix of research, outreach, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cold Outreach & Campaign Execution
  • Initiate high-volume cold calls and craft personalized email campaigns targeting decision-makers in industrial organizations across the USA.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Drive lead generation through strategic outbound efforts, leveraging calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and support from marketing initiatives.
  • Research & Account Profiling
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify prospects and map business opportunities.
  • CRM Management & Sales Tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track progress across the sales funnel.
  • Solution Understanding & Value Communication
  • Master Infinite Uptime’s products and solutions and articulate their business impact to prospective clients based on their challenges.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with field sales and business development teams to align outreach efforts and convert qualified leads into opportunities.
  • Prospect Engagement & Qualification
  • Lead initial prospect conversations, qualify interest and needs, and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Funnel Optimization
  • Review outreach performance metrics regularly and adjust strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Cultural Awareness
  • Apply understanding of time zones, business etiquette, and communication styles relevant to USA clients for better engagement outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • 1–3 years of proven inside sales or lead generation experience, preferably targeting international markets like the USA.
  • Communication
  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills, with an ability to simplify and tailor messaging.
  • CRM Tools
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, including lead tracking and campaign management.
  • Initiative & Ownership
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setup
  • Comfortable working USA shift hours from the Hyderabad office (hybrid model).
