Design and implement scalable microservices using Java 8+ (preferably Java 11) and Spring Boot.
Develop high-performance event-driven systems with Apache Kafka and Flink.
Build robust APIs and backend solutions for financial and payment systems.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle DB, Sybase IQ, MongoDB).
Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
Deploy microservices in Kubernetes and AWS cloud environments.
Ensure security compliance with OAuth, JWT, and PCI DSS regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.

Core Requirements

8+ years of Java development within an enterprise-level domain.
Proficiency in Java 8 (11 preferred) features like lambda expressions, Stream API, CompletableFuture, etc.
4+ years of experience with Microservices, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
3+ years of experience with RESTful APIs.
At least 2 years of experience with Kafka in the current project.
1+ years of experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS.
Proficiency with SQL.
Understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.
Experience in at least one Fintech domain project.

Nice to Have

Experience with Golang and/or Rust.
Knowledge of GRPC, HTTP/2, OWASP, OAuth, and encryption.
Experience with Drools or any rules engine.
Familiarity with CMS tools like Adobe AEM.
Experience with search tools like Algolia, ElasticSearch, or Solr.
Experience with Spark.
