Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Software Design & Development:
Design and develop Java-based software applications using various frameworks and tools like Spring, Hibernate, Maven, etc.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design, implement, and improve software solutions.
Code Reviews & Testing:
Conduct thorough code reviews, perform debugging, and testing of software applications to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
Documentation:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of software documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Agile Participation:
Actively participate in agile development processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Mentoring & Leadership:
Guide junior developers and help build best practices in the team.
