Job Overview: We are looking for highly experienced Senior Java Developers who can architect, design, and deliver high-performance enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices. The role requires a strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and data consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop & optimize RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
● Contribute to high-level architecture and technical decision-making
● Build event-driven and asynchronous microservices
● Ensure data reliability, consistency, performance & scalability
● Participate in sprint planning, code reviews & design discussions
● Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization & cloud deployment
● Mentor and support junior developers in the team
Technical Skills – Must Have
● Expert in Core Java (collections, concurrency, JVM internals)
● Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices
● API Design Patterns & Best Practices
● Message brokers like Kafka / RabbitMQ
● SQL & NoSQL databases → consistency, sharding, indexing
● Performance optimization & distributed caching (Redis/Hazelcast)
● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
● Strong troubleshooting and low-level debugging abilities
Good to Have
● Security standards: OAuth2, JWT
● Observability tools: ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana
● Domain-driven design (DDD)
