You would be required to work from our office starting from the day of joining. Mandatory Skills: The ideal candidate should have the following skills : - End-to-end Web and Mobile testing experience. - Experience in API testing using Postman. - Good knowledge of Databases like SQL. Job Description : The candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience as a Software Tester. The ideal candidate should have 0.5-5 years of experience in requirement gathering, documentation and analysis, proposing solutions to client requirements, leading and managing multiple projects end to end, and client interaction as needed for project execution. The candidate should also have experience in proposing enhancements for the next phase of projects, managing multiple client engagements, project tracking, risks and mitigation planning. Experience working in the finance domain is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and propose solutions that align with technical and budget feasibility. - Facilitate communication and bring clarity in the work scope between the development team and clients. - Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas where improvements can be made. - Work closely with the development team to ensure project requirements are understood and translated into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain project documentation such as user stories, functional requirements, and use cases. - Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful project delivery. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of project progress. - Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. - Provide support for UAT and assist in defect triage.
