Role Overview

We are hiring Senior Java Developers with strong experience in REST APIs, Microservices, and software architectural patterns. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring teams, and working on next-gen enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Define code architecture decisions to support high-performance and scalable systems.
• Develop APIs and services in Java from scratch.
• Work with MySQL and Hibernate for data management and persistence.
• Contribute to front-end development using GWT when required.
• Participate in all development aspects including security and non-functional requirements.
• Provide technical leadership (for developers with 7+ years of experience).
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for faster and reliable deployments.
• Establish unit and integration testing strategies.
• Brainstorm ideas and suggest features to improve products.
• Work in Agile teams; participate in sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, Hibernate.
• Exposure to GWT (Google Web Toolkit) for front-end integration.
• Excellent knowledge of RESTful paradigms and building/consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of advanced Java concepts (lambda expressions, functional interfaces, generics, collections, threads).
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP optional).
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
