Senior Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer at our company in Ranchi, you will be a valuable addition to our dynamic team with your extensive experience in Java development. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance applications using Core Java, Advanced Java, Java with React, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful web services, and databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL. - Address complex architectural challenges, ensuring code quality and high availability throughout the development lifecycle. - Implement and optimize Spring Boot applications for improved structure and reusability. - Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers, upholding coding best practices, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work closely with DevOps teams for optimized processes. - Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, offering effective solutions to ensure smooth operation of applications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 5+ years of total work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Java development.
