Full Stack React Developer

As a Full Stack React Developer with 4+ years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React, Angular, Python, and MS SQL Server. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure a seamless and visually compelling user experience. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and writing clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to established standards and best practices. You will participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues. To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles, strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, and experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (versions 2+), Python, and MS SQL Server, and be proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Django, .Net, .Net Core, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. You should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is essential for this role. Preferred skills for this position include experience with state management libraries like Redux for React and NgRx for Angular, familiarity with agile development methodologies, knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Jasmine/Karma, and working knowledge of Python and MS SQL Server. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ranchi, with a budget of 8-12 LPA. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with yearly bonuses.
