Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. Participate in continuous improvement processes, providing input on ways to enhance testing strategies and processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide feedback on the overall user experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Mentor junior testers and assist with improving team capabilities and knowledge. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6 years of hands-on experience in software testing, both manual and automated. Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Expertise in writing and executing test cases and scripts. Strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
