Quality Assurance (Life400 is must)

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing Conduct functional, regression, Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and identify test cases to ensure software quality Perform detailed analysis of software defects, identify root causes, and document issues clearly Use test management tools (e.g., Jira,Zephyr) to track test execution and defects Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG Participate in continuous improvement processes, providing input on ways to enhance testing strategies and processes Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide feedback on the overall user experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices Mentor junior testers and assist with improving team capabilities and knowledge Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 6 years of hands-on experience in software testing, both manual and automated Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) Expertise in writing and executing test cases and scripts Strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar Good knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript to develop automation scripts Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), and defect tracking Application MUST know Life400 (Life 400) Show more Show less
