Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Trainer to join our dynamic team at Aptech The ideal candidate will deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions in various IT domains such as Programming, Web Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and more. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on IT subjects (e.g., Python, Java, HTML/CSS/JS, SQL, Networking, Cloud Technologies, Data Science). Customize training content based on learners' needs and skill levels. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical lab sessions. Assess student performance and provide feedback. Maintain accurate training records and reports. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and incorporate them into training. Support curriculum development and instructional design teams. Conduct online and offline training sessions across various client locations (if required). Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Trainer or in a technical teaching role. Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Programming Languages: Python, Java, C/C++ Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular Database: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure (optional but preferred) Data Science / AI / ML basics (added advantage) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners. Certification in training (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, AWS Educator) is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Passion for teaching and mentoring. Prior experience in delivering VILT sessions. Willingness to work flexible hours based on training schedules.
