Senior IT Trainer

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Trainer who can effectively teach students/employees the essential computer and IT skills required in today’s digital world. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, and able to deliver training in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on basic to advanced IT skills (MS Office, Internet skills, Operating Systems, etc.).
• Teach programming languages, software tools, or technical modules based on curriculum requirements.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, PPTs, and assignments.
• Assess trainees’ performance through tests, quizzes, and practical activities.
• Provide hands-on support during practical sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into training.
• Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and training documentation.
• Support students/employees with doubts and personalized guidance.
• Ensure a positive, interactive, and professional learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Certification(s) like CompTIA, Microsoft, Google IT Support, etc., is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Operating Systems (Windows/Linux basics)
• Networking & Internet Fundamentals
• Programming basics (C, Python, Java — as required)
• Any additional IT software/tools (as per training module)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
• Strong classroom management and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• 1–3 years of training/teaching experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
