You are a passionate and experienced IT Trainer sought by Aptech, a global leader in skills and talent development. Your role involves delivering engaging instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions in various IT domains like Programming, Web Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and more. - Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on IT subjects such as Python, Java, HTML/CSS/JS, SQL, Networking, Cloud Technologies, Data Science. - Customize training content to meet learners' needs and skill levels. - Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical lab sessions. - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. - Maintain accurate training records and reports. - Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and integrate them into training. - Support curriculum development and instructional design teams. - Conduct online and offline training sessions at different client locations as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Trainer or in a technical teaching role. - Strong knowledge in Programming Languages (Python, Java, C/C++), Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular), Database (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure - preferred), and basics of Data Science / AI / ML. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners. - Certification in training (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, AWS Educator) is a plus. Preferred Attributes: - Passion for teaching and mentoring. - Prior experience in delivering VILT sessions. - Willingness to work flexible hours based on training schedules.
