Job Description

You will be joining Aptech Aviation as a full-time Admission Counsellor based in Andheri & Borivali. Your main responsibility will be to assist prospective students in the admission process by providing detailed information about the courses and guiding them through enrollment procedures. Your daily tasks will include responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining records accurately, and collaborating with the sales team to meet enrollment goals. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities. To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in interpersonal communication, customer service, and sales, especially in the education sector. Understanding educational services and programs will be crucial for this role. Proficiency in multiple languages would be an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, and the ability to work on-site in Borivali is a requirement. Your salary will be determined based on your previous salary and performance during the interview process.
