We’re Hiring – Senior IT Support Engineer

Are you an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in Windows environments, networking, and system support? We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure & troubleshoot Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10)
• Deploy Microsoft & non-Microsoft software, OS updates & patches
• Configure LAN/WAN, switches & access points (Cisco, D-Link, HP, Aruba, Ruckus)
• Install & support desktops, laptops, printers, servers (HP/Dell)
• CCTV installation, monitoring & troubleshooting
• Configure antivirus solutions & monitor IT security
• Provide advanced technical support & resolve IT service requests

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ years of IT support/technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers & security configuration
• Certifications like MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+ are a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving & communication skills

Pay: ₹10,207.58 - ₹40,000.00 per month
