Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects across diverse domains. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong record of managing complex, end-to-end IT projects. Experience in Digital Transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation through closure.
  
• Define clear scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and timelines.
  
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.
  
• Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets both business and technical requirements.
  
• Uphold organizational project governance frameworks and maintain thorough documentation.
  
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and knowledge sharing.
  
• Guide and mentor junior team members and foster a supportive project culture.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
  
• 8 to 10 years of experience managing IT projects in mid to large-scale environments.
  
• Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a highly-vellcity environment.
  
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
  
• Experience managing global or distributed teams.
  
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure,enterprise applications, or modernization projects.
  
• Strong background in Digital Transformation or IT strategy initiatives.
