Role The Accounts and Admin Officer will be responsible : For managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements, and overseeing administrative tasks related to office functioning. To oversee and supervise the administrative function of the organization including reception, property / facility management, safety of the work environment, and provision of furnishings and equipment necessary for effective operations The role demands a high level of integrity, accuracy, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in Tally. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare vouchers, manage petty cash, and maintain supporting documents. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits. Reconcile bank statements and prepare necessary reports. As required, ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.). Coordinate with the central finance team for budget tracking and fund requests. Administration Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and office upkeep. Support in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for staff and visitors. Liaise with vendors and service providers for contracts, renewals, and payments, as required. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Education**: M.Com/ B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience**: 5 or more years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Working knowledge of statutory compliances and NGO accounting practices preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently. Desirable Attributes Prior experience in the development/NGO sector is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a team and support field-level operations. High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to organizational goals.

OneDrive and Email Management Supervise data structuring, tagging, and audits for OneDrive and email platforms used across the organization. 7. Internal Communication and Support Lead organizational communications including email campaigns, newsletters, and updates. Ensure documentation of BOT (Board of Trustees) meetings, compliance checks, and consultant engagement tracking. 8. Training and Capacity Building Facilitate training workshops, digital handholding sessions, and SME knowledge transfer initiatives. Collect and analyze feedback to strengthen learning cycles and field impact. Requirements Key Skills & Competencies: Project Management (Agile / Waterfall) CRM & LMS Systems (Zoho, Moodle, or similar) IT Asset Management & Cloud Services Strong Reporting & Documentation Skills Cross-Functional Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination Communication Platforms (Email Marketing, WhatsApp Broadcast, Internal Newsletters) Foundational knowledge in Mobile App Development, SEO, and Chatbot Systems Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Knowledge in Project Management and Development Studies. Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital projects, preferably within the development or social impact sector. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
