Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior IT Project Coordinator

who will be responsible for

planning, coordinating, and tracking

the progress of automation and software projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, clients, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end project delivery across internal teams.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones; ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients/stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, status reports, and communication flows.
  • Identify risks, issues, and escalate where necessary.
  • Support resource planning and task assignments.
  • Ensure quality standards and project goals are met.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with AI automation, SaaS, or low-code/no-code projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
