Senior IT Project Coordinator

We are hiring a Senior IT Project Coordinator who can coordinate IT projects, work closely with the team, handle clients, and also support with coding and technical tasks when needed.

Ideal for someone with project coordination experience + strong IT / full stack development skills.

✅ Key Responsibilities (Simple & Clear)Project Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare simple progress reports for management
• Work closely with developers, testers, designers, and business teams

Technical / Coding Support

• Help the team with coding when required (full stack)
• Understand technical requirements
• Debug issues & assist in development
• Work with APIs, databases, and Git tools

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Assign work to team members
• Follow up on progress
• Communicate with internal teams and clients
• Handle basic escalations and ensure smooth delivery

Client Communication

• Collect requirements
• Share updates regularly
• Ensure expectations are managed correctly

Basic Budget & Resource Tracking

• Support in planning project cost and resource usage
• Keep track of hours, tasks, and small budgets

Project Tools

• Use Jira / Trello / Asana or similar tools for task tracking

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years in project coordination (IT industry preferred)
• Good coding knowledge (full stack or front-end/back-end)
• Ability to understand technical tasks
• Good communication skills
• Strong team handling skills
• Experience with project tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Any degree in IT, CS, or related field

✅ Technical Skills (Preferred)

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React / Angular (or any frontend framework)
• Node.js / Java / Python / PHP (any backend)
• MySQL / MongoDB
• Basic understanding of APIs and Git

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
