We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences IT Head to join our dynamic team. Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives. Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Oversee IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks. Identify emerging technologies and trends that could enhance business operations and competitive advantage. Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centers. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business-critical IT systems. Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime and security breaches. Oversee the integration of new technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud computing. Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners. Negotiate IT contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services. Experience with ERP, CRM, and enterprise software solutions. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
