Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle Networking Independently.
Remote troubleshooting.
Manage multiple cloud based, hosted desktop systems.
Provide help desk and technical services assistance to on-site and remote employees.
Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as multiple outside IT service providers
Manage all aspects of the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the organization, including software applications, network, phone systems and end-user computers.
Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems and supervise agreed audits to verify the security of internal and external systems.
Knowledge to manage & operate online portals.

Preferred candidate profile:

A highly skilled professional with strong expertise workflow knowledge of web application development and software customization, adept at creating tailored, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.
Proficient in optimizing performance, integrating systems, and delivering scalable software aligned with business needs.
Computer Hardware/Software
Network switches & firewall System
Cloud environments/Internet/Email Configuration Management/Data Entry.
Remote troubleshooting expert.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
